Total Energy socket plug - 6 mm

This cap prevents dirt, water or insects from entering the TE probe adapter when the glider is disassembled or hangared and the probe has been removed. The cap is not hermetic but has a small hole to allow the passage of air and therefore avoid strong shocks on the instrument capsules when the protection is removed. The cap is made of precision machined aluminum and equipped with two rubber O-rings to fit snugly to the internal section of the connector and avoid abrasions or other damage that could damage the TE probe connector and related O-rings.

The cap has a hole to insert a "remove before flight" flag holder ring. Diameter 6 mm. Only available in red.
