The shipment of your parcel
Parcels are usually sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with UPS Extra with signature request, an additional fee will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders made separately, so the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
